Ten Reasons Why Your Ab Exercises Arn't Working


        • Pulling your neck back, sagging your hips in plank and not keeping them pulled in.
        • You could be doing the wrong moves one of the worst exercises are sit ups especially when they arnt done correctly.
        • Breathing incorrectly or not at all improper breathing pushes the stomach out.
        • Doing the same exercises day after day without changing number of reps or weight could be a big mistake.
        • Slacking on intense cardio swap your cardio workouts for interval training you'll burn extra belly.
        • Your eating the wrong foods.
        • Focus on the quantity you eat. 
        • Try not to speed through your workout.
        • Your a stress magnet.
        •  Try not to go straight to bed after a meal.

  1. ABS ARE THE WORST. I've been trying since last month when I was out of work I was at the Gym everyday (not anymore since I work fulltime now) but I did the, same ab workouts! My stomach went down but abs not so much. It really is one of the hardest!
