Here are some simple ways to cut calories:
- Instead of eating chips when your watching TV or doing anything else munch on popcorn. Popcorn is whole grain it provides fiber,minerals and vitamins.
- Eating fruit is so good for you I love eating fruit when I feel hungry. They are really low in calories.
- Making pasta and adding some frozen or fresh veggies with a teaspoon of cheese makes a really good meal.
- Try going meat less for one day go with soy beans and low-fat vegetarian chili instead of eating something fried like chicken wings or a fatty burger.
- . Instead of using mayo on your sandwiches switch it up with some mustard.
- Drink lots of water!
- Last but not least Oatmeal for breakfast;)
