Pains You Shouldn't Ignore


  • Chest Pain 

Chest pain that doesn't go away, varied shortness of breath, and any upper body pain that hasn't occurred before. If you experience any of these symptoms call 911.



  • Severe Head Pains 

Chances are, it's a migraine. But if it isn't accompanied by other migraine symptoms (such as a visual aura), sudden, severe head pain can signal a brain aneurysm. "A burst aneurysm can cause brain damage within minutes, so you need to call 911 immediately,".

                          This citrus smoothie fruit drink is like spring sunshine in a glass.
Here is the recipe: 


Blend:
1 orange, peeled1 banana
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
6 oz vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup ice
Optional:  1 tablespoon flax seed

Fatty foods such as cheese, butter and fatty meats are the cause for belly fat.

  • Well high fat foods are not helpful but it can excess calories of any kind it can increase your waistline as well as the belly.

Calories in alcohol are worse than other calories?

  • Alcohol does seem to have a particular association with an increased waistline. Your liver is too busy burning off alcohol to burn off fat, leaving you with a beer belly.

Trans Fat can make you gain weight,  but also can move fat from other parts of your body to your belly.


Green tea can help you lose weight with a combination of exercise also blueberries.


Fat food can also contribute to belly fat if it is eaten often, has high-fat and calorie dense food. 


To help trim waistline you should eat a diet high in fiber.


Popcorn is a great whole grain food to replace instead of refined grain.


Cutting calories and getting more physical activity is the best plan for reducing belly fat.

Last Night I was browsing through the Internet and seen this really neat video. I thought it was very helpful and wanted to share it with you guys. Ever been bored waiting for your show to come back on? Tired of waiting until all those commercials to finish. Doing a small routine between commercials can be fun.

Here are some simple ways to cut calories: 
  • Instead of eating chips when your watching TV or doing anything else munch on popcorn. Popcorn is whole grain it provides fiber,minerals and vitamins.
  •   Eating fruit is so good for you I love eating fruit when I feel hungry. They are really low in calories.
  • Making pasta and adding some frozen or fresh veggies with a teaspoon of cheese makes a really good meal.
  • Try going meat less for one day go with soy beans and low-fat vegetarian chili instead of  eating something fried like chicken wings or a fatty burger.
  • . Instead of using mayo on your sandwiches switch it up with some mustard.
  • Drink lots of water!
  • Last but not least Oatmeal for breakfast;)
