How to Kick Your Soda Habit? (Lose Pounds)

First you need to cut calories:

Try some Flavored Water, In the beverage aisle with many flavors to choose from. From lime to vanilla, raspberry and grapefruit. This is a great substitute for soda. Just make sure you pick the ones without sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and artificial sweeteners

Try making Homemade Soda(Low Calorie), Even some bottled 100-percent juices have as many carbohydrates as soda. Those carbs come from natural sugars instead of the artificial sugars in soda, but you still have to be careful about drinking extra calories.
Truth about Sugar:

Orange juice + seltzer = virgin mimosa
Seltzer + a squirt of bottled lemon or lime juice = citrus “soda”
Pineapple juice + a dash of pomegranate juice + seltzer = faux tropical cocktail

Make Some Real Ice Tea, The  Real iced tea, the unsweetened variety brewed without additives, contains disease fighting antioxidant power and is a naturally no-calorie, flavorful beverage.

Black tea + an orange slice = a strong but slightly sweet alternative to coffee with sugar

Iced Coffee
Avoid the calorie-clogged options at the chain coffee vendors (hint: if your order reads like Willy Wonka’s grocery list, it’s probably fattening), and go with straight unsweetened coffee, iced, with milk.

3 Worst People for Your Diet

Your Boyfriend

  • Your guy can chow down on wings and pound back beer without gaining weight. Men have a higher amount of muscle mass and lower body fat percent than women.
Your Grandmother

  • Your grandma always wants to feed you. "She sees it as a welcoming gesture and you see it as diet sabotage," says Mangieri. But instead of completely giving into nana's attempts to put meat on your bones, set some limits.
Your Friends

  • Make an effort to choose from the menu’s healthier options and monitor your portions. If your friends are pressuring you to make unhealthy choices, filling your plate up and packing half of it in a container is an easy solution.

Pains You Shouldn't Ignore

  • Chest Pain

Chest pain that doesn't go away, varied shortness of breath, and any upper body pain that hasn't occurred before. If you experience any of these symptoms call 911.

  • Severe Head Pains

Chances are, it's a migraine. But if it isn't accompanied by other migraine symptoms (such as a visual aura), sudden, severe head pain can signal a brain aneurysm. "A burst aneurysm can cause brain damage within minutes, so you need to call 911 immediately,".

  • Sharp side pain
You may just need some Beano. But if you feel as if you're being skewered in your right side, and you're also nauseated and running a fever, you could have appendicitis. For women, another possibility is an ovarian cyst.

  • Abdominal discomfort with gas or bloating

If the symptoms are new, the worst-case scenario is ovarian cancer. In 2007, the Gynecologic Cancer Foundation released the first national consensus on early symptoms of this form of cancer: bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, and difficulty eating. If you start experiencing them almost daily for more than two or three weeks, consider it a red flag. Schedule an appointment with your ob-gyn to discuss your symptoms.

Could be one of your discs (the spongy rings that cushion the bones in your spine) could be pressing on the spinal nerve) .

3. Fit people are more fun to be around.

4. Sometimes healthy eaters subconsciously influence their spouses to lose weight.

5. You will feel better about yourself
